Our hotel is situated in the South of Florence, in Gavinana from which it takes the name. The construction is an independent villino with a small garden built at the end of the' 50s. We have ten large, bright and quiet rooms. Some are equipped with complete bathroom, others with shower and washbasin. Some of them have a private small balcony, while all of them have the TV sat (Eurosport, Cnn, Antenne 5, BBC), phones and aircondition.

We have ten large, light and quiet rooms, some are equipped with complete bathroom, others with shower and washbasin, some have a private small balcony, all of them have the TV sat (Eurosport, Cnn, Antenne 5, BBC), telephones and a system of ventilation.
The parking in front of the hotel is free and it is easy to find a place, anyway, those who wish can park their car in a garage quite cheaply.
The historical center with Santa Croce Square and the Old Bridge is only 10 minutes by Bus!
